Great color accuracy
Smooth, crisp motion
Decent port selection
Unimpressive contrast ratio
Introduction
The 37-inch LG LG 37LK450 ($599 MSRP) is unlikely to wow you with its faux-wood paneling, but it’s a 1080p LCD with great picture quality and an even better price. Like all TVs, it has its weaknesses, but you’re unlikely to find a display with better color fidelity at a price this low.
Editorial Note: This is a review of the LG 37LK450. Test results are for this model, but should indicate the general performance of other sizes in the xxLK450 series. The xxLK450 series includes the following models: 32LK450, 37LK450 and 42LK450. Read here for more details on series differences.
