The 42LH50 is a 42-inch LCD HDTV from LG that supports full 1080p HD. It is LG's first HDTV with Ethernet connectivity, which allows users to access the NetCast Entertainment Access system. NetCast enables the TV to stream Netflix movies instantly, as long as the user has a subscription to Netflix service. NetCast also makes Yahoo! Widgets and YouTube videos available on the 42LH50 at the click of a button. Price ranges are currently unavailable for the 42LH50, which is also available in 47-inch models. No release date has been announced for the model, but according to LG it should be one of the first new HDTVs they make available to consumers in 2009.
