LG 60PS60 Plasma HDTV First Impressions Review - Intro

The 60PS60 is a large, 60-inch Plasma HDTV from LG that supports full 1080p HD signal. The TV is similar to its step-up model, the 60PS80, except it doesn't offer the NetCast Entertainment Access system or Media Director feature. The PS60 series, which is also available in 50-inch sizes, does offer the same 600Hz sub-field processing, Super Bright Panel technology, and a crisp, single-layer design, and THX Display Certification. The 60PS60 is essentially the 60PS80 without all the bells and whistles. Pricing and release dates for the television have not been released.
