The 42PFL3704D/F7's remote is simple in its design and layout. It has curved edges and fits well in hand. The remote is well balanced in the neutral position, but not as well towards the bottom of the remote. While the remote honestly looks a bit cheap, we couldn't identify any obvious design flaws; it's just the kind of plastic used.
Button Layout & Use (6.75) The remote has a very basic button layout. Neutral position puts the user's thumb on the ok button. While the buttons are spaced proportionately for their size, their largenThe volume and channel buttons are a bit of a stretch away due to the buttons' large size. The main issue we had with this remote is it's ridiculously finicky. If you aren't pointing it at the bottom right corner of the screen, it won't register an input.
Programming & Flexibility (0.0) The remote isn't universal.
