Introduction
The Samsung UN40B6000 is a 40-inc LCD HDTV, part of Samsung's new lineup of LED backlit televisions. Samsung is using edge lighting for the B6000 series televisions, which allows them to achieve a thickness of only 1.2 inches. Like other members of Sasmung's LED backlit lineup the UN40B6000 sports 4 HDMI ports and an ethernet port for internet connectivity, although it does not support the more extensive Media 2.0 features that allow you to access things like Yahoo widgets. The Samsung UN40B6000 will be available in March of 2009 for an expected price of $2,299.99.
