Introduction
The 40XV645U is part of Toshiba's high-end Regza lineup of HDTVs. A 40-inch LCD, it sports an integrated USB port for viewing photos and 120Hz refresh rate, which should improve motion performance. Apart from that there aren't any particularly impressive features on board, which is consistent with a reasonable price of $899.
